Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. Alternatively, you can download HP Smart from the Microsoft Store. For more information on how to set up your printer using the HP Smart app, go to HP printer setup (HP Smart app).

macOS 10.15 Catalina

After upgrading my MAC to Catalina, scanning no longer works.  Tried uninstalling and reinstalling printer.   Still not working. Thanks in advance

Are you still able to  make Photocopies?

 

If you are using HP Easy Scan please Note that HP Easy Scan is currently not fully compatible with macOS Catalina. We're actively working to restore complete functionality.

 

I recommend you try scanning using Apple Image Capture or HP Smart App
