Hi - I like using "HP Scan" cause it can to the manual duplex scanning...but when I try to upload the results to Google Drive (that's an option in HP Scan) it does save the PDF successfully but the it asks for your Gmail address and then you get the "This browser or app may not be secure" message.  I clicked on Learn More but am not able to see any answers....?  Thanks... hp.jpg.png

@douglastaylor99, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Some email account service providers, such as Google or Yahoo, block access by third-party apps for security reasons. Go to Allowing less secure apps to access your account (in English), and then follow the on-screen instructions.

 

Additionally, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
