Hi,

Please turn off the printer and unplug the power cable from both ends

Make sure you plug the cable to the printer and then to a direct wall socket, do not use any power split, surge protector, power splits, etc. and then try copying and ensure its functionality.

 

For my experience this should help, and also used to deny any possible power cause, other than this, it requires servicing or replacing the printer if the problem remains.
