I have an HP Officejet Pro 9010 series. possiblY purchased in 2020 and out of warrantee. I scanned my husband's death certificate using HP Smart software on MAC OS Sonoma 14.2.1. The scanned certificate, all 3 pages, have the word 'void' superimposed in lines from top to bottom. This is a revised certificate, the first one had an error--but it scanned successfully in December. I have blown away the first certificate from my documents. Can anyone  help me?
