Hi I couldnt send the scan to my computer and nor to email. it was connected to the internet. I checked the list of the devices that got affecte by the sep 1 2016 web service removal. I didn't see the HP Photosmart 7525 so i was wondering there is a problem and a solution to fix it,

Hi,

You must update the latest firmware for web services to connect as expected.

 

Download and install the following firmware from your PC, ten try accessing web services again:

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ps7520/PS_7520_R1607A.exe
