Product: HP ENVY 5530 e-All-in-One Printer

I can print wirelessly with no issues, so that means I have an internet connection.  But when trying to scan sending the information to an email, I get the message that reads "SERVER CONNECTION ERROR", the server is not connected to the internet.  I have removed the drivers and re-install them again and still I am having the same messages.  Does somebody know what is wrong with my printer HP ENVY 5530?
