Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you have an HP ENVY 7640 e-All-in-One Printer. I read that when you send a fax, you have to enter the fax header. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.
While researching, I came across the user guide for your printer. The page# 62 talks about how to configure the fax header and what it is.
