I'd like to downgrade my Instant Ink plan, but before I do I'd like to know what HP charges for a "page block."  Apparently, when you go over your monthly page limit, additional pages are not sold individually but in "page blocks."  There's an extra fee associated with each additional page block.  I want to know what the extra charge is.  I am on the 50 page/month plan.  I've got 146 roll over pages available currently.  When downgrading to a cheaper plan, HP apparently takes away all rollover pages you've accumulated from the previous plan.  I tried asking the virtual assistant about this, but kept getting the run around.
