Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I fax from my printer,, which is a 4 in 1 printer, the fax transmittal comes back as "phone Line Unavailable".  I only have one line to use for both my phone and my printer/fax and my phone is working fine both incoming and outgoing.  I know it is not the other recipient's fax  for a fact.

 

This is the fourth time I have posted this issue and I don't even see my previous posts posted here.
