I am not able to use the option "Scan to my Computer" from my HP Office Jet PRo 8035.

Hello,

 

I am not able to use the option "Scan to my Computer" from my Office Jet Pro8035 printer. The printer says "Set up Required". But I have already installed the HP Smart app and I am able to scan from my laptop.

 

Could you please tell me how to fix this.

Please ensure the printer has the latest Firmware. https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Also download and install the Full Feature Software onto your computer
