We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

I seem to be unable to print at the scanned size. No matter what I do. the printer is trying to fit the image to the printed page. The scanned image of one just fits on the scan table, and I believe at one time these printed right to the edge of the paper. I have tried different printing programs on my computer, but none seem to make a difference.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Not sure what printing program are you using.  But here's an out of the box suggestion:

 

1. Insert the scanned picture into MS Word or Powerpoint

2. Re-size the picture if needed

3. Print!

 

Here's an example resource that shows you how to insert a picture, resize and print!

I tried printing through Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019, and it maintained the original scan size. I think this is going to be my fix! Thank you for your response.
