Hi,

I recently bought a Sprocket but I'm not happy with the printing quality. I doesn't except top notch quality from such a cheap printer I was expecting a bit more especially after seeing printed examples online. I therefore wonder if it's something wrong on my Sprocket or if I can't really expect more from it.

I think the colors are really off. See examples with printed photo and reference picture.

Thank you!44522821_538804763234905_927597208042209280_n.jpg44546810_254890995223116_5373848525111033856_n.jpg44610406_2181251212135517_3798673495550853120_n.jpg

A warm welcome to HP forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

HP Sprocket print quality can be improved by upgrading the Sprocket firmware and cleaning the paper path rollers. You may use the steps available here to improve HP Sprocket print quality.

Let me know how it goes!
