Sprocket 200
Other

I just got my replacement sprocket 200 in the mail today. Went and charged it. Came back later to try to turn it on and it won’t turn on. Tried resetting it and nothing happened. Someone please help me before I go somewhere else to get an actual printer that will work

Welcome to HP support community.

Reset the printer

  1. Make sure the printer is on.

  2. Remove the paper cover.

    Opening the paper cover

  3. Locate the Reset button.

    Locating the reset button

  4. With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.

The printer resets and turns off.

  5. Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.

I hope that helps.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
