As have so many before me I have to say, that this sproket is totally frustrating me! My Iphone and the sporket wont connect and I did as the manual suggested several times. It really doesn't work!

@Palina, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Was the sprocket connected to another device previously? If yes, try to disconnect or remove the device. Restart the printer and the mobile device.

 

Now, try to connect to a new device.

 

Also, is there any error message when you try to connect?

 

Keep me posted for further assistance.
