Operating System: iOS

Can't get the firmware to update and the app will not allow me to print pictures. This is a new Sprocket bought TODAY. On iOS 11.2

I have exactly the same issue. I received my new Sprocket today. The pictures won't print but it looks like it's sending/printing, the white LED blinks.

The firmware downloads to the app but no progress is made for sending to the sprocket. Again, the white LED is blinking.

Won't work on iOS 11.2 (currently the latest).
Can glitch on iOS 11.x.y.
No fix day estimation has been given so far.

We can only hope that they are going to fix it for iOS 11.2, you may also return your item or use it as somewhat expensive decoration.
