Sprocket Studio 4x6 printer

My sprocket studio 4 x6 printer said it had a paper jam but once I removed the photo paper the yellow cartridge film was still stuck in the printer.  I was able to remove the cartridge but the film that was stuck is still in the printer.  I cannot get inside the printer to remove the film.  I can see the yellow cartridge film but it will not come out.

Please help....this is brand new and already having issues after printing 10 pictures.
