Need help here. I've gotten my HP Sprocket last week but the prinint isn't working at all.
Trust me i have followed all the necessary steps like cleaning, loading the HP Zinc paper carefully, updated to latest firmware but only black and white lines appeared on all my printings. I have attempted 4 times with the same horrible results.
I have attached the picture here, really need helps.
The reason i bought this is to bring to Tokyo next month for family vacation, and i really hope everyone enjoys the product.
