Hello, @AB74 - Hope you are well 🙂
Allow me to welcome to HP Support Forums! It is a great platform to get help from the community, get suggestions and find what has worked for others!
HP Sprocket printer only supports these type of images: BMP, GIF, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF (iOS only) file types. So make sure you are using these kinds of images and then try printing. Also, check if the issue is specific to any particular image.
Also, please check this document additional troubleshooting steps: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05241268
You can try to reset the printer and then reinstall the app and check if that helps.
Please let me know if this resolves the issue, or if you require further assistance!
Good luck 🙂
