My 2-in 1 has been working I think the back is broken because for some reason when I close it lights up red I’ve charged it up , put paper in it put nothing seems to work. I only used 3 to 4 times . Please help.

2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
