Prints not lining up on paper

The print does not line up on the paper when it prints, its cutting off the top of the picture.  Its about 1/4 inch above the perforated line on the top... the bottom of the picture is about 1/16 of inch over the perforated line and that’s okay, but the top keeps cutting out too much of the picture after I remove the perforated tabs is there a way to re-align the printer so It will fit the whole picture inside the perforated tabs
