Product: Sprocket
Operating System: iOS 12 - 12.0.1

Has anyone solved this sprocket pairing issue where the app won't recognise the device but you can't update the firmware unless you connect with a device. I have followed all other threads of conversation and nothing has worked. Yes I know that you can't pair with more than one device, I have reset the printer, I have made each device where attempts have been made 'forget' the sprocket, I have turned all bluetooths off on other devices.....blah....blah....blah.

 

Has anyone solved the issue or have a local HP phone number or location to get HP support in Townsville.
