I purchased the sprocket plus printer in October as a Christmas gift. I opened the box 2 days ago and plugged the printer in to charge. The directions said a solid red light means it's charging. I never got a solid red light, only a rapid red/green
flashing light. I've been trying to charge it for 2 days now and it won't even turn on. I updated the firmware, reset it, deleted and redownloaded the app and nothing is working.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
