Product: Sprocket Select
Operating System: iOS

I just got the Sprocket Select (2.3 x 3.4” prints). 
I have a blue tint over the entire photo. 
I know this, because the blue areas should be white. 
The Firmware is fully updated. 
I’ve followed the instructions on prior posts to attempt this fix this problem. 
I still have a blue tint. Did I receive a lemon?

I’m using the Zink paper it came with, so it cannot be blamed on using the wrong paper either. 

Does anyone have a solution? Please?
