I installed the HP Sprocket app update today 8/19/2025. The first print attempt worked, but the second failed. A third print attempt worked - so maybe the app update helps a little? I've not been able to successfully print twice in a row since before June 2025.

I’m on the latest software and I can’t get mine to print either. Says the photo was sent, but never shows up in the printer queue and the printer LED is flashing.
what firmware versions are you guys using? Mine doesn’t ask for any software updates when it connects to the printer. I’ve gone through all the factory reset steps too.

Firmware Version: L1L3FS1942AR
HP Sprocket App Version: 2.80.40, installed 8/19/2025
I can't tell if the printer firmware has ever been updated as there is no version history display.

Hi!
my sprocket studio started printing consistently this morning. I plugged it in for about an hour then tried to print. I was able to print 20 photos with no problems today.

I deleted and re-installed the HP Sprocket App, power reset my HP Sprocket Studio printer and tried to print a picture - nothing! It take a minute or so in the App Queue, then says the print queue is stopped. No way to restart it; the light on the printer just keeps blinking until it times out after 10 minutes or so.
I'm ready to trash this thing and try a some else's printer and app. Anyone have any recommendations?
