HP Sprocket Z3Z93A
iOS

Saw many other older threads where this issue is discussed, but do not see any conclusion.

My Sprocket has suddenly started printing white lines/ streaks all over every print.

I have tried all the steps mentioned by the HP manual/ guide viz. calibrating with the blue colored paper, reseting the printer, but no luck.

I am guessing the problem started after I updated the firmware to the latest one (1.1.8). Have wasted multiple Zink papers because of this issue.

Any conclusive direction will surely help.

Is there a way to downgrade the firmware and test if that was the root cause?

PS: My print issues look exactly as it's discussed in this older thread: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/sprocket/HP-Sprocket-prints-white-lines/td-p/6865021

@harishnambiar, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

There is no option to downgrade the firmware. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Improving Print Quality

If you have tried resetting the sprocket using the pin hole and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Keep me posted for any other assistance.
