HP Sprocket 100
After selecting the photo to print on the HP Sprocket app I push the print button, but instead of printing the one photo that I said to print it prints 2 copies of the same photo. I don’t know why it’s doing this, but I only push the print button once. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Ryuzaki721,

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

Flower_Bud is at your service.

As I understand, your printer is printing two photos at a time.

No worries, as I'll be glad to help you, that said, I'll need a few more details to dissect your concern & provide an accurate solution:

When was the last time it was working fine?

Were there any recent changes made?

To resolve this issue, please perform reset on your printer:

  1. Turn on the printer.

  2. Locate the reset button near the charging port.

    Locating the reset button
  3. Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.

The printer resets and turns off.

  4. Turn on the printer.

Once completed, please try printing. Keep me posted.

Have a great day,

Cheers 🙂

flower_Bud,

Resetting it completely fixed my problem! I had just got the printer when it started printing duplicate photos so I was very concerned that there might be something wrong with the one I had bought. Thank you so much it’s working perfectly now!
