I have been trying for hours to update my firmware on my hp sprocket with absolutely no luck! Charged it completely, uninstalled and reinstalled app, even reset my sprocket by putting a pin in to push the button!! I got the product in August and haven't used it more than 25 times so I am highly frustrated with it!! Any help will be appreciated.....

any chance that you have another device around? That is, if you can make a Bluetooth connection via another phone or tablet, you can try that. I found I had a problem getting the firmware updated by my tablet, but I used a phone here (not mine but a newer one) and it did the upgrade in just a few minutes. It might be worth a shot.

I have 11.2 on both of phone and iPad but it won’t print. I’ve done EVERYTHING! Safe to say at this point it isn’t going to work!
You are not the only one with the same issue. HP is notified about it in several regions. So far we can only wait.
