This error appears when you try to open a file that webOS has no program that can handle it. For example, a game that comes as a Windows .exe file.
What are you trying to do that is producing this error?

What file type are you referring to?
As mentioned above, if you download a file that has no program on the device that can read it, you will get this generic error message.

If your TouchPad has the most recent version of webOS (3.0.5), that's about all you can do. Adobe Flash cannot be further updated on webOS.
