Hi all,
I've had my HP Slate 10 HD for around 4 years. Its been working great until about a three months ago when the battery stopped holding its charge. I stopped using the pad as I could only use it when it was on mains. However, yesterday the battery in the pad imploded and has blown the pad apart. Have there been any safety or recall warnings regarding these batteries in the past, I may have missed? I'm quite concerned that if I had placed this battery on its mains, this could have been a whole lot worse. Any advice? I take it the pad is now beyond repair? 😕
Thanks.
