As mentioned several times in this thread, unless you tell us which HP tablet you are asking about, we cannot offer an accurate solution!!

 

Look  closely at the device and find the model numbers.  If it is a Slate 7 2800, then try the Factory Reset already discussed, and linked to.

I have slate 7 and it pattern locked I tried to reset it bt it said fastboot mode. And nothing is happening. So what should I do. And can I loss my sim and sd card data during the reset? ???? Plz rply soon....

And the same question for you:  Which model of "Slate 7"?   There are over 35 different models with that name!

 

What did you do to try and reset it?  Did you follow directions from HP Support pages?

I hv voice tab 6102ra 16 gb. M nt getting any kind of ideas from hp support pages. N I tried once again n now its saying product mode.plz do something.......

i purchased this tablet from a pawn shop.
i have tried the hard reset but cant
get past the google account verification
that prompts in setup.

can you possibly help in this matter?

Which tablet?  What model number?  Did you perform a "Factory Reset", or just a hard reset?

i was in the bootmenu and performed
the erase all data/factory reset.

i just contacted the pawn shop, they will take it back if i cant get it open. i had one in the past and would prefer to keep it.
