CCX 500-M

A Polycom CCX 500-M is offline in O365 and I can´t download syslog and upgrade firmware.

Another Polycom same model is connected but wilt different firmware. I´m trying to download the syslog from the device with problem and it fails when it´s downloading. Also, when I try to upgrade the firmware, the device doesn´t install anything. I´, lost on that, becasue we can´t do anything from the Teams Admin console, becasue the device is offline and can´t connect. So everything is required to be done from the device. Could you help, please?
