Hi, When using MS Teams which has Bot initiated phone calls you can sometimes have Teams users invited to the PSTN phone calls - Example below from what this looks like on MS Teams

UnaricVoice_0-1762769652234.png

Ideally within the Poly device I'd like to see the PSTN phone numbers inside this Bot phone call before answering. - I believe this could be in the SIP (PAI Header?)

Please can Poly investigate if this is possible as this would accelerate and retain adoption on your handsets.

Hello @UnaricVoice ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use.

We also do not know if this is using Microsoft SIP Gateway or the Native Microsoft Teams app or any other provider.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best regards

Hi, these are Polycom 505 / 600 models and using native teams integration as the certified endpoint for calling. From what I've seen you can't install Teams Add-in's / apps on these devices so I assume they are not supported?

Hello @UnaricVoice ,

If these are CCX phones running in Microsoft Teams mode aka the Microsoft supplied Android Application then all the support comes via our Partner Microsoft.

You cannot side load other Android applications as per design by our Partner Microsoft.

Best Regards
