Hi,

 

I have followed forums and am in need for specific version of software for ccx400. The phone I have is currently on version 1 and am looking for software 6.2.22.0185. Every link I have clicked related to that brings me to poly lens which the version is not listed there. Where else can I get this version?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @HypedUP ,

 

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

All publicly available software is hosted on Poly Lens. Why would you need such an old version?

The Firmware currently on the phone is v 1.

 

So I need that firmware to get  webui enable option. Then I should be able to update to latest firmware/software.

Granted I was able to find the version download. Not through Poly lens as oldest they have listed is version 7.x.x.x

I still cant get the phone to trigger the admin login to install the firmware via usb.

 

I have the zip renamed to fv_update.zip but when plugged the usb it does nothing.

Am I missing specific steps?
