We recently installed the CCX 505 and CCX 600 Polycom phones with Microsoft Teams for the entire office. When a Teams call comes in it rings on our PC's one and a half to three times before it rings on the Polycom, which is stressful. Then after the phone handset is to your ear it takes a second before you can talk. At the end of the call is complete and the handset is hung up the call does not end for another second and you can still hear each other. Often the screen response is lags considerable to button touches of any kind such as menu or initiating calls.

Hello @Clinton67 ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you use or any versions of the Microsoft Teams app running on the phones.
This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
This is stated in the FAQ or the Read 1st section, explaining why this is important.
If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region. Details on how to contact us are in my signature
Best regards
Steffen Baier
