Hello @Gary0543 ,
Welcome to the HP community.
Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product and the Partner application version you use.
This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.
Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.
In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.
From the screenshot, it looks like Microsoft Teams but we do not know the versions so we cannot comment.
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Hello @Gary0543 ,
the post was moved to the UC section dealing with our partner Microsoft and their Microsoft Teams software running on our phones.
For your issue, I would assume this is something that was introduced via the new Teams Application1449/1.0.94.2024101709 back in October and I found >this<
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact Microsoft Support as they provide the software and they run the Platform you are using.
