We have a CCX600(Teams) phone which is suddenly started to randomly type letter and number or even does call even though the it was not touched, we did reseting thepone , changing teams password and updating it, but issue persisit. it only happens when we connect it to the reception desk which it was already there and also but it works well at another point  like i server room so what is the issue, how can i troubleshoot it

Is there any radio equipment near the Phone, or has the lighting been changed recently?

the telephone was always there at reception desk , the only closer thing to LAN Cable of telephone is  power cable of monitor and cpu cabinet, this is the way it always had been but suddenly this issue occured and even keeping the lan and phone from power cable the issue persist
