welcome to the Polycom Community.
There is no such Polycom device as a CX100S. There is a CX100 and the drivers would come with the LYNC / Skype Client
There is a C100S or a C100 and the community's VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Jan 19, 2016 Question:Is the C100 or C100S support on Windows 8, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10?
Resolution: Support for theses devices ends with Windows 7

Sorry it is C100s and it stopped working once I installed Win 10. Now you stated you don't support what I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR from your company, but is their a work around or any drivers to make that which I PAID FOR work?

You purchased from a reseller a device neither advertised or supported for the operating system you are using.
The support page does clearly list what driver versions are available and supported.

sir it has NOT helped me and we seem to be going around in circles, maybe due to language?
1- I bought the product a few years ago when their was not any Windows 10
2- Is their or IS THEIR NOT a way of using it with Windows 10 now or in future.
A simple yes or no will suffice.
