CCX 400-M

New to poly phones! I have a Poly CCX 400 Phone connected to Teams with a common area license and am trying to get the voicemail icon to show on the screen.  Right now, the phone only shows the dial pad and contacts.
Voicemail is enabled and is not being forwarded.

What settings need to be in place so the user interface shows the voicemail button?
Thank you!

Hello @RebeccaHY ,

Welcome to the HP community.

We assume this is about Poly CCX Phones running Microsoft Teams as the native app and not using a CCX Phone via the Microsoft Teams SIP gateway.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the Partner application version you use.

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

To answer your original question I would suggest posting this in a Microsoft peer to peer forum as Poly has no "involvement" in the voice mail functionality.

The phone is running our Partner Microsoft's application namely Microsoft Teams just like and Android or Apple device would do.

Microsoft support or a Microsoft related Peer to Peer forum should be able to answer.

Best regards
