Hello,

I'm trying to set up a Poly CCX 400 for use with Teams for our business environment. The goal is to have a reception phone that visitors can use by simply picking up the phone and seeing a list of "Speed Dial" contacts (or, if it's not possible, the "Contact list"). The way that it is set right now, when we pick up the receiver, we get the Search bar up top with a "Back" arrow. That's it.
Not really useful for visitors to know how to "click the arrow; click on Speed Dial, then click on the desired contact".
Here's an itemised list of what we want:
- Either "Speed Dial contacts" or "All contacts" upon picking up the receiver
- No dial pad
- Maybe a logo of the company somewhere on the display

Thanks for your help,
Malalo

Hello @Malalo75 ,

Welcome to the HP community.

If you seek help from volunteers in this community, they need information.

Unfortunately, your post does not include the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product or the exact Partner application version you are using.

This is particularly important, especially in the future, when someone comes across this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post, but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

Most likely, you should reach out to either Microsoft support or to a Microsoft Teams specialised community, as the Application running on our phone comes from Microsoft and streamlining or optimizing is down to Microsoft, and from personal experience, very limited.

Best regards

Steffen Baier
