Hi all,

 

I'm trying to configure the dial plan / digit map in Poly Lens, but I'm having some trouble understanding what is required in the configuration file.

 

Does anyone have a working example they can share? As far as I can tell it expects a resource file.


As is, I'm using 'digitmap.xml':

 

 

<dialplan dialplan.digitmap="[2-9]11|0T|xxxxx.T|[0-1][2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxxxxxxx|[2-9]xxxT|**x.T|+x.T"/>

Thanks Steffen. I've been able to apply the configuration directly to a phone. It's the Lens piece that I'm struggling with, I'll contact support.

I've resolved the issue I was experiencing.

 

Lens appears to accept 2 forms of input for the digit map, I settled on a string over file. This setting was being pushed to my test handset but was overwritten by the local handset configuration. I reverted the handset to use default configuration which allowed the Lens settings to take effect.
