Hello! 

Good day! where can i download the VVX201 Skype Software/Firmware? I want to convert from Lync to generic but the phone detect .sld is not compatible in this phone. what can i do? I already setup FTP but the phone not recognize the 6.4.5., and 6.4.6 split

I managed to fix it; the phone was in a bootloop, so I reflashed it using the UC Software 6.4.6 Split folder, which contains the firmware 3111-40450-001.sip.ld.

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

There is no special firmware for Skype for Business. You switch the Base Profile of the phone as outlined in our UC FAQ:

 

Oct 19, 2018 Question: Why does my Poly phone not show the Skype for Business Sign In Options?

Resolution: Most likely the variant purchased was not an official Skype for Business SKU. A phone can switch profiles to support this but please ensure the relevant License is purchased. More details and instructions can be found => here <=
