Hello @CanadaMike ,

Welcome to the HP community.

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product you are using. In addition, is this native Microsoft Teams aka what App version there or is this the Microsoft SIP gateway?

This is important, especially in the future, when someone finds this post in days, months, or years.

Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

In the FAQ or the Read 1st section, we remind users why this is important.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact Microsoft Support as this is something they would need to enable on their end.

Best regards

Steffen Baier

This is a Poly CCX 350 running the native Teams app (not SIP) version 1449/1.0.94.2025021303/0213 on the phone. Firmware version is 9.1.0.9161 and Device settings version 2.0.5.

Anything else needed?

Hello @CanadaMike ,

Welcome back to the HP Poly community.

As this is a question about the native Microsoft Teams client running on our phone I suggest reaching out to Microsoft support as this is their application and they can advise.

Best Regards

I can't help but feel that this will turn into two companies pointing fingers at each other, telling me to talk to the other company.
Perhaps there is a code that a person can program as a line key Speed Dial to park/pickup a call?

Hello @CanadaMike ,

HP Poly makes the hardware. The Software running on the phone, aka Microsoft Teams, with the UI being displayed, comes from our Partner Microsoft.

They are also hosting the Platform you are using aka Microsoft Teams.

This is not a question about a driver that would come from HP Poly but a fundamental UI part of Microsoft Teams.

Please simply work with Microsoft, I cannot explain it in easier terms.

Best Regards
