Real Fully Reset a PolycomTrio 8800

How can I fully reset a Polycom Trio 8800?

- We removed the SfB logout button

- We configured a SfB button

now I wish to reset the whole stuff to factory. However regardless which option I tried in the menu it always comes back with the SfB username & password and can login.

So how can i fully remove everything on the device?

P.S.

We do not yet use a provisioning server

Yes, I tried all the options in the menu on the phone. I also tried the multi key function during the boot process (use 4 fingers in every corner, ...). None of them cleared out the SfB stuff.
