Folks,
I'm have a number of Polycom VVX411's. I just upgraded one of the phones from v5.9.3.2857 to v6.1.0.6189. The installation of the software goes fine. But, I cannot log into Skype for Business. The sign in process gets to "Fetching User Certificate" and then fails. I attached the log in hopes that you can share with me how to resolve this issue. I should note that I attempted the upgrade to v6.0.0.4839 and have the same issue of logging in. Can you provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Joe

Folks,
I should mention I tried logging the phone in using Web sign in, as well. It fails to authenticate, even through when I navigated to the website http://aka.ms/sphone it told me it had successfully signed in to the Polycom Skype for Business Certified Phone application. Again, goes to fetch the user certificate and then fails.
Thanks,
Joe

Hello @jrebele ,
welcome back to the Poly community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) or reply(s) to them => here <= are still open/pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provide some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently. Please do not simply mark them without any type of feedback.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
Steffen Baier

Hello @jrebele ,
What was the solution for the issue >here<?
Simply marking this as fixed helps nobody. I would have expected some sort of service ticket via the reseller and then probably you posting of using a new software fixed your issue.

Steffen,
I'm going back in to provide additional comments. The link speed issue was with my internet provider and not the phone. I commented on what I found to be the problem and noted it was not the phone.
Thanks,
Joe
