apologize for the delay in the public announcement but a new TRIO UC Software 5.4.0 Rev AB was released back in late December 2015.

 

We are pleased to announce that the Polycom® UC Software 5.4.0 Rev AB 5.4.0.12856 associated utilities and documents for Polycom® RealPresence Trio™ 8800 only are now available on the Polycom Product Support web pages (http://support.polycom.com) for download.

 

UC Software 5.4.0 Rev AB 5.4.0.12856 is a maintenance release with important field fixes for RealPresence Trio only.

 

Polycom UC Software 5.4.0 Rev AB 5.4.0.12856 supports the following platforms:

 

  • Polycom RealPresence Trio 8800 including the Polycom RealPresence Trio Visual+ accessory
