Your configuration contains:
The above will always only load 5.8.0
I suggest the following:
- Factory reset the device
- Enable the Web Interface as shown => here <=
! DO NOT MAKE ANY OTHER CHANGES!
- Upgrade using the Utilities > Software Upgrade and upgrade to a current version like 5.9.2 Rev AB
- Import the attached configuration.cfg after unzipping and removing the .txt ending
- Add your Skype for Business credentials
Do not simply import a PBU file as this contains a lot of features not required and doubling up the configuration
If this still fails please work with the support partner we already outlined.
As the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here
