Hello,
I have a VVX501 and Plantronics CS540 /w APP-51 EHS that I would like to get working together but been having a difficult time getting them to work.
I have the CS540 base setup like so(see attached CS540 Base Setup) and the EHS cable setup like so(see attached EHS Cable Setup), and my VVX501 is in the Lync Profile configuration.
When a phone call comes in, I'm able to use my Polycom handset to answer but unable to use the Plantronics CS540 earpiece to answer phone calls.
Has anyone else been able to get a configuration similiar to mine to work successfully?

Hello @jbanh88,
welcome back to the Polycom community.
Some of your old post(s) => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provided some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to
utilise the community more efficiently.
In addition it is always useful to include the currently used UC Software version as issues experienced or a question asked may already be addressed in a newer release.
This also allows yourself and others to check against current software release notes, Administrator Guides or FAQ post’s.
Did you ensure you even enabled the Headset mode as shown here:
Nov 19, 2015 Question:How can I enable the Headset memory or Hook Switch mode?
Resolution: Please check this post => here <=
The above is also stated in the "Must Read First" and is the absolute minimum requirement every new post should include. .
In addition providing us with this basic information gives Polycom an idea what Software Versions are used in the field and avoids wasting time trying to troubleshoot issues which have already been addressed.
Therefore the Polycom VoIP FAQ contains this post here:
Question: How can I find out my SIP or UC Software Version of my Phone?
Resolution: Please check here
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
