On my VVX 601 Receptionist phones we have Polycom VVX Color Expansion Modules which we populate with contacts which are stored in the resource file in the RPRM. After we upgraded the phone to Polycom UC 5.9.4 the side cars are no longer pulling the resource files. I did test the latest release Polycom-UC_Software_6_1_1_release_sig_split and I get the same results. The contacts are still not updating on the VVX601 Expansion modules. To populate the contacts we use the Enhanced Feature Line Key. More Details here: https://documents.polycom.com/bundle/ucs-sfb-dg-570/page/Skype_for_Business_Deployment_Guide/CallCon... Ever since the release of UC 5.9.4 this feature stopped working. This feature only works on UC version 5.8.0.12848 or older. Could you guys assist me in resolving this issue. Thanks!

Hello @Jon5227 ,

Welcome to the Poly Community.

The next step would be raising this with Poly support.

In order to raise a support ticket, you need to work with your Poly reseller as they may need to do this for you.

End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Poly support.

If this is some sort of an Internet discounter providing your MAC address or your Poly devices serial will enable us to look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Poly device from.

If the unit is no longer within the warranty please be prepared to Pay Per Incident / PPI. This is all outlined in detail here

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards

Steffen Baier
