VVX411 , Skype for Business login not working

Hi All,

  I am trying to deploy VVX 400 phone at a site with Skye for business. SFb cluster is at the DC. I have created DHCP scope for phones and I can see certificate has been downloaded successfully by the phones

However when I try to login using web interface or phone it gets stuck at @Singing into Microsoft Lync' screen and never succeeds.

  I am failrly new to Skype and Polycom so any pointers woudl be appreciated

Multiple things. You are not using a currently supported software version. 

Officially supported versions are UC Software 5.6.0 or prior to this UC Software 5.5.2

Looking at the provided logs you have no NTP Server set. Without a valid time we cannot validate a certificate.

Thanks for your reply. It was indeed incorrect NTP server ip address. 

Could you please point to the section which showed it was NTP issue ? This will be helpful for me
