User reports on VVX500 there use to be a transfer software key during phone calls and now it shows conference. How can I revert back to the working state.
Context: During a active phone call, if the user wants to transfer a call to another user, they have to user the conference software button rather than the software "transfer" button. If I perform a conference setup, I can enter in the user's extension and it will create a conference withthat person. Then the operator can hang up. I tried upgrading phone to 5.6 and tried 5.4. Factory defaults. Please advise.

Hello ALOM,
welcome back to the Polycom community.
Some or a couple of your old post(s) => here <= are still open / pending as you have not marked these as "Accept as a solution" or at least provided some form of feedback or answer.
If they are in this state nobody finding them via a community search will know if an answer or advice provided was useful and has maybe helped you.
Could you therefore kindly go over them and mark or answer as appropriate ?
If they are marked as "Accept as a solution" other users can find these easier and it helps them to utilise the community more efficiently.
In addition if this was escalated into Polycom we would like to know the Service Request Number or how else you solved the issue.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
In addition the above post was regarding a LYNC / Skype setup but your new post was posted in the openSIP area.
Is this an openSIP or Skype issue ?
Also can we have a backup of the configuration as we do not know what was setup on the phone.
May 25, 2017 Question: Can I create a backup of my current configuration?
Resolution:Since UC Software 4.0.0 or later a backup can be created via the Web Interface Utilities > Phone Backup & Restore > Phone Backup > Phone Backup
Best Regards

Hello ALOM,
You still have not followed up your old post and weirdly enough decided to post a backup without keeping the original file structure aka with the MAC address so we can ensure you are using the right SKU for Skype.
Looking at your backup you are using a couple of configuration parameters which could affect this.
I suggest you factory default this phone and simply sign into Skype and check if all the keys are there.
You can then play with your configuration and or open a case via your reseller.
End Customers are usually unable to open a ticket directly with Polycom support.
If this is some sort of an Internet discounter please post either your phone's MAC address or your Polycom devices serial so I can look up who would be able to support you. This may not be who you purchased the Polycom device from.
Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
Best Regards
